Northern Lakes College (NLC) serves a region of 164,000 square kilometers, and more than 50 communities, including 16 First Nations and four Métis Settlements. NLC incorporates strategies that enable students throughout the region to access most of the College’s programs. The College’s blended delivery model uses a variety of integrated technologies to connect students and faculty, and to provide supports for students in remote campuses or communities.

Your NLC Library has a main library at the Slave Lake Campus and a satellite library in Grouard. To serve the diverse campuses and home study populations, the majority of the library collection is digital resources, including databases, eBooks, video streaming, and online library support. Your NLC Library is a member of the NEOS Library Consortium, which provides access to physical resources beyond those included in the local collections to students and staff with access to NLC campuses or other NEOS Libraries.
